Research & Risk Disclosure

Last updated: September 2026

1. Nature of the service

OnChain Consulting ("OnChain", "we", "our") is an independent market research, intelligence and education platform focused on digital assets, AI infrastructure and global capital flows. Everything we publish or discuss with members is intended to inform independent thinking and decision-making.

2. No custody, no execution, no portfolio management

OnChain does not custody client assets, hold client funds, execute transactions on behalf of clients, or manage client portfolios. Members are solely responsible for opening their own accounts, funding them, choosing their own custody arrangements, and executing their own transactions.

3. No individualized recommendations

Our research, briefings, discussions, sessions and written materials are distributed on a general basis. They are not individualized recommendations based on any specific member's financial circumstances, investment objectives, risk tolerance, tax situation or personal needs. We do not assess suitability of any investment for any specific member.

Where OnChain discusses assets, market themes, portfolio construction concepts, entries, exits or its own positioning, this is provided as research, education and market context — not as a recommendation to any specific member to buy, sell or hold any particular asset.

4. Independent decisions

All investment decisions and their consequences are the sole responsibility of the member. Members should consider seeking independent legal, tax and financial advice from appropriately licensed professionals in their own jurisdiction before making investment decisions.

5. Digital asset and market risk

Digital assets are highly volatile. Prices can move sharply over short periods. Digital assets and other investments may lose some or all of their value. Historical, back-tested or hypothetical performance is not indicative of future results, and no outcome is guaranteed.

Risks specific to digital assets include, without limitation: exchange failures, custody failures, self-custody errors (lost keys, address errors), smart contract vulnerabilities, protocol failures, regulatory changes, liquidity shocks, market manipulation, hacks and fraud.

6. Conflicts of interest

OnChain and/or its principals may hold positions in assets, protocols, tokens, equities or other instruments discussed in our research, briefings or sessions. We disclose relevant positions where appropriate. Our positioning may change at any time without notice.

References to OnChain's own portfolio, positioning, transactions or investment theses are provided for transparency and research context only, and should not be interpreted as recommendations for members to replicate them.

7. Third-party data and no guarantee of accuracy

Our research relies in part on third-party data sources, on-chain data, exchange data, macro data and public information. While we take reasonable care, we make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for any particular purpose of any content we publish. Content may become outdated, and we are under no obligation to update it.

8. No offer, no solicitation

Nothing on this website or in OnChain's research constitutes an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, token, digital asset or financial instrument, or an offer of any regulated financial service, in any jurisdiction where such offer or solicitation would be unlawful.

9. Regulatory status

OnChain does not hold itself out as a licensed investment adviser, broker, asset manager, custodian or regulated financial services provider. Members who require regulated financial advice should consult an appropriately licensed professional in their jurisdiction.
