1. Who we are

OnChain Consulting ("OnChain", "we", "our") operates the website at onchainuae.xyz and the memberships described on it. For any privacy question, contact @OnChain_Consulting on Telegram.

2. Information we collect

  • Application form data: when you apply for Intelligence Membership, we collect your name, email, Telegram handle, WhatsApp number and the free-text answers you provide.
  • Payment data: when you subscribe to a paid tier, our payment processor (Stripe) collects the payment information needed to process the transaction. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
  • Communications: messages you send us via Telegram, email or the website.
  • Aggregated analytics: our privacy-preserving analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights) collect aggregated, non-identifying information such as country, device type, referrer and page views. We do not use cookies for tracking and do not fingerprint visitors.

3. How we use it

  • Review and respond to your membership application.
  • Deliver and administer the memberships and sessions you purchase.
  • Process payments and issue receipts.
  • Send you research, briefings and administrative communications related to your membership.
  • Understand aggregate site usage so we can improve the site.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Service providers we rely on

  • Vercel — website hosting and privacy-preserving analytics.
  • Resend — transactional email (application submissions).
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Substack — for the free newsletter, if you subscribe.
  • Google Calendar — booking of Private Intelligence application calls.

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policies and security controls.

5. Retention

We keep application data for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to your application, and — if you become a member — for the duration of your membership and a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Payment records are kept as required by applicable law.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us on Telegram and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No system is perfectly secure — please use strong, unique passwords for any accounts and enable two-factor authentication where available.

8. International transfers

Our service providers are based in various countries and information may be stored or processed outside your country of residence. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms to enable those transfers.

9. Children

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date.
