By accessing this website or subscribing to any OnChain Consulting ("OnChain", "we") service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or subscribe.

OnChain provides independent market research, education and general decision-support information relating to digital assets, AI and global markets. Details of specific paid tiers are described on the memberships section of our website. OnChain does not manage client capital, custody client assets, execute transactions on behalf of clients, or provide individualized investment recommendations.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a contract to use paid services. You are responsible for confirming that your use of OnChain services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Paid tiers are billed via our third-party payment processor. Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period unless required by law. Annual memberships are eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 14 days. One-time sessions are non-refundable once scheduled and delivered.

We may adjust pricing from time to time. Any price change will apply to future renewals; existing paid periods are not affected.

Membership access is granted to a single individual. You may not share access credentials, redistribute paid research, or resell OnChain content without our prior written consent. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

All content published or delivered by OnChain — including briefs, research, frameworks, dashboards, methodology and materials — is the property of OnChain or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this content for their own personal decision-making. Members may not reproduce, publish, resell or exploit the content commercially without permission.

All content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for research and education. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnChain disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Nothing on the website or in our research constitutes investment, legal or tax advice, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnChain and its principals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or use, arising out of or related to use of the website or our services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the fees you paid to OnChain in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Our website and services may link to or depend on third-party services (payment processing, email delivery, analytics, exchanges, data providers). We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of those third parties.

You may cancel your membership at any time through the payment processor or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, illegal activity, or where continuing the relationship would be unlawful or impracticable.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated to active members. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
